fitnow is for everyone: regardless of your fitness level, you can join the group bootcamps or opt for the small group or personal training options. All exercises are adapted to meet each fitness level and help you get fitter.
The most important thing to achieve the results you want is your attitude and self-believe. You need to be confident about what you want to reach and persist until you get there.
fitnow is not only about how you look, but mainly about how you feel - it is about ensuring a better life quality. This is why we train all year round and not just in summer to get a six pack for the "badi season".
Being fit involves both training and a healthy nutrition - but this does not mean you cannot give yourself a treat every once in a while!
fitnow is about progress, a progress that you cannot postpone and needs to start now. Fitness is not something you can inherit or buy, it only comes when you work hard for it – you cannot hold on to it without constant work.
We all are given the same amount of time every day. It is up to you to decide how you use your time and energy, but remember: 1 hour is less than 5% of your day.

My name is Amparo and I am originally from Salamanca, Spain. I live in Zürich since 2014.
Although I have a Business educational background (Masters graduate from the University of St. Gallen), my heart is all about sports and inspiring people to join a healthy and active life. I believe in balance and in the now.
Apart from my full-time job as a Manager in Marketing in the corporate world, I am a BODYPUMP, BODYCOMBAT and CXWORX fitness instructor, as well as a bootcamp, personal trainer and prenatal & postnatal fitness specialist.
