Pregnant & Strong is designed for expectant mothers. This program helps moms-to-be to stay physically active and strong during pregnancy. The program is app-based, so you can train anytime, anywhere. The 2nd trimester package starts at Week 13 of your pregnancy, and goes up to Week 26.

  • The Pregnant & Strong 2nd trimester program is designed for moms-to-be who understand how important it is and want to stay physically active during the 2nd trimester of their pregnancy (Week 13 to 26). The program includes:

    ✔ 10+ educational videos to teach you the key facts about training safely and effectively during pregnancy

    Planned app-based training from Pregnancy Week 13 to 26, so you can follow along daily on your open "to dos"

    ✔​​​​​​​ Pelvic floor and abdominal exercises especifically for pregnancy, helping to reduce the risk of diastasis recti and urinary incontinence

    ✔​​​​​​​ 3 full-body functional workouts per week (with 500+ exercises!) focused on strength training and low/no impact cardio exercises: 1 follow-along workout "live" with Amparo and 2 full-body exercise-based workouts

    ✔​​​​​​​ Safe, effective and authentic workouts adapted to every single week of your pregnancy: all workouts were filmed during Amparo's pregnancy

    ✔​​​​​​​ Direct chat access in the fitnow app to Amparo, prenatal and postnatal fitness expert
