Workouts for moms and moms-to-be


Is it safe for me and my baby to workout during pregnancy? Can I restart exercise inmediately after giving birth? What is diastasis recti? There are so many questions - and myths - around training during and after pregnancy, that sometimes it is hard to know what to believe! After getting pregnant for the first time, I decided to sharpen my knowledge in this area and get certified as a prenatal and postnatal fitness specialist. 

 

My goal? Help women to stay fit during pregnancy and regain their fitness, strength and confindence after giving birth!

 

Pregnancy is a time of change in many different ways (hormonal, muscular, cardiovascular…). It is important to stay physically active in order to profit from all the benefits that sports bring to the baby and to ourselves: reduced risk of late pregnancy complications such as preeclampsia and gestational diabetes, regulate an appropiate maternal weight gain and get back in shape quicker after the birth, prepare for labor, maintain mental health and emotional well-being during pregnancy and in the postpartum period, optimize fetal growth by increasing the functional capacity of the placenta in delivering nutrients to the baby, and much more!

 

You can stay strong and energized during and after pregnancy, and enjoy motherhood without giving up on your yourself, your body, your well-being, your confidence and your ambitions. It is possible. You are not just a mom, you are also a woman! Take care of yourself and enjoy all the benefits exercise can generate for you and your baby!

"Pregnant & Strong"


My program "Pregnant & Strong" helps moms-to-be to stay physically active and strong during pregnancy. The program is available on my App, so you can train anywhere, and lasts for the entire duration of the pregnancy. It includes:

  • 2 full-body workouts per week, focused on strength training and low/no impact aerobic exercises (from Week 13)
  • Core foundational exercises, with special focus on your transversus abdominis and pelvic floor muscles
  • Access to lots of informative videos with everything you need to know to exercising while pregnant

App Training

"Back in shape"


My program "Back in shape" supports new moms to rebuild their fitness, strength and confidence after giving birth. The program is available on my App, so you can train anywhere, and lasts for 12 weeks after giving birth. It includes:

  • 2 workouts per week, focused on regaining your core strength and progresively your body shape & fitness
  • Core foundational exercises to correct diastasis recti and regain your abs, back and pelvic floor strength
  • Access to lots of informative videos with everything you need to know to exercising after childbirth
  • Direct messaging service to contact me if you have any questions

Personal training

Prenatal & Postnatal


Personal training is your best bet if you are looking for a workout plan tailored to your needs, habits and skills during pregnancy and/or after giving birth. 

  • 60 minutes per session
  • CHF 120 per session (discounts apply when booking several sessions in advance)

An initial free-of-cost appointment is necessary to discuss your starting situation and your goals.

Please note that all my pregnancy and post-pregnancy workouts are designed for healthy women without special or delicate medical conditions (for example: placenta praevia, regular bleeding, shortened cervix, among others). You must get the OK from your doctor before commencing any of the programs and follow the advice from your doctor at all times.
