The group bootcamp allows you to train effectively together with people that share similar ambitions. The word bootcamp might sound scary, but it is not. Put very simply it is a mix of cardio and strength training, suitable for all levels of fitness and experience. The bootcamps are as challenging as you want them to be, as there are always easy and hard options for every exercise.
My bootcamp-partner Emma and myself have been running Freilager Bootcamps since December 2016. We always train outdoors (come rain or shine) and you never know what you will be doing as the sessions are always different.
